My period ended Sep 14, and what I believe is implamanation bleeding started the 23rd Sep. Could I be pregnant, and how soon can I take a pregnancy test that will give an accurate result.

If it’s implantation bleeding, a pregnancy test (an early result one) will probably show positive within a few days.

Now, are you sure it’s implantation bleeding? Considering it appeared about a week after your period ended, I think that it’s actually ovulation. It’s not unusual to have spotting during ovulation. Implantation bleeding usually occurs 6-12 days after ovulation – which would be about 2-8 days before your period is due.

Not trying to bring you down or anything. If you’re trying to have a baby, now would be the perfect time to hit the sheets.

I should have ovulated on 3/7, how soon can I take a pregnancy test and get accurate result? I know it can take a little while for the pregnancy hormones to be strong enough to create a positive reading.
