if a girl takes a pregnancy tests 4 weeks after conception, is that enough to give an accurate reading?

Yes. Four weeks from the first day of her last mestrual period is enough time actually and easier to calculate than conception.

My husband and I are trying to have a baby and I believe I may have conceived on or around the 11th. I’ve had a few pregnancy symptoms lately and just want to know how soon I can take a test and know! I just don’t have any patience!

I tested positive about 13 days after my husband and I had sex, so give it a good two weeks, but it could take longer it just depends..
