first response can tell you 6 days before your missed period. so you can take one in a couple days. but if your period is irregular it might be hard to actually know if you dont know for sure exactly when your period is supposed to come!

You need to wait two weeks after the day you think you ovulated (aka the day you conceived)
That was only 5 days ago, so even if you were pregnant, it may not be implanted yet. This means a pregnancy test wouldn’t detect it at this point. If I were you, I would wait until 2 weeks after your missed period since you are irregular.
i would wait a couple more days or get a blood test from doctor and it will give you a 100% answer good luck
wait at least 3weeks after miss period for best results.
